Delivery and Cancellations:

Matterport Real Estate Virtual Tours:

Tours and still photographs will be processed and delivered (link for 3D tour) within 24 hrs and will be MLS ready.
Virtual Tours will be stored for 12 months. Additional hosting fees may apply for extended hosting.

Still Photography:

Photographs are processed and delivered electronically within 24hrs and are ready for posting on to MLS.
Photographs taken on Fridays are guaranteed for Monday delivery but may be delivered earlier.
After hours (5:00 PM) twilight and weekend shoots are possible and do incur an extra fee.
A $50.00 same-day cancellation fee will be charged to client if property is not ready upon arrival.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hrs before scheduled appointment. There is a $50.00 fee for same day cancellations.
Payment is due upon delivery of images.
Landlords: Please contact us to discuss photographing tenant-occupied properties prior to booking appointment.

Image Rights and Usage:

All photographs are the property of Northern Lens Photography.
Images may be used for promoting the sale of the property by the original client in print and digital form.
Images are not transferable to new owners or agents.
High resolution copies are available for print publications, interior designer and builder portfolios. Rates based on final output.
